What do I do if....

  • My product is damaged or does not suit my requirements?
    • Use the Return Form (EN - NL - FR) *Products will not be accepted without this form.

  • My product is faulty?
    • Call Black Box Technical Support.
    • One of our Tech Support Engineers will advise you on what to do next.
