Account Manager

Black Box Network Services Belgium is a small dynamic organization with around 20 employees, part of an international US-headquartered company. We are situated in Zaventem.

Want to join us as Account Manager?

As Account Manager you are the preferred contact of our customers. You find new customers, quickly identify the decision makers and convince them of Black Boxes’ offer. You feel the pulse of our existing customers, so you are the first to be informed of their needs and upcoming projects.

You are driven by results and of course rewarded accordingly.

Is this your profile?

  • Technical qualification in the discipline of Engineering, Physics or IT and/ or a Business Degree or experience in a similar function.
  • Thorough knowledge of technical products, with emphasis on data communication and infrastructure, and ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions.
  • Large network and interesting contacts within the IT community and especially in the industry, broadcasting & retail sectors.
  • Experience in the indirect sales is highly desirable.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Office-tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work autonomously and within deadlines.
  • Convincing personality, acquainted with closing techniques and major account management.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Go-getter who is not quickly discouraged.
  • Sound knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
